The withdrawal right from the purchase contract for the above-mentioned customized products will not be allowed, except for reasons not dependent on the customer will (faulty goods, mistake in processing the order). 3.3. In the event one or more articles should be out of stock after the order, EPI will proceed to deliver the remaining articles ordered by the customer. 3.4. At the time of delivery, the ownership and the risks relative to product transportation are transferred to the customer.

Anyway, the user can choose to make the registration: it is free, fast and does not imply any purchase obligation. At the first order, the user will be automatically registered and he will receive a generic password. It will be able to be changed immediately through the link shown in the confirmation e-mail. The customer is responsible for providing complete, correct and true data relative to personal information, personal address and, in general terms, all other information useful to execute the order.4.2. The customer is responsible for paying the price of the purchased products and for keeping a copy of the purchase order confirmation, sent by Store.acmilan.com to the e-mail address provided by the customer during the registration to the site.
Art. 5 - PRICE AND PAYMENT
5.1. Prices are expressed in Euros (€) and include the in-force VAT (Value Added Tax) that varies according to the different article typologies.5.2. Art. 6 - FORCE MAJEURE
6.1. The parties will not be responsible for the delay in the fulfilment of their obligation, in conformity with the contract, if the delay is caused by circumstances beyond their reasonable control. Returning cost will be paid by the customer. The essential condition to exercise the withdrawal right is to return the purchased items in a good preservation state, with the original labels and packaging; all the returned items must be accurately packed in order to protect the original covers from any damage, writing or labelling. Transport risks in goods returning will be charged to the customers.
No replacements or refunds will be made for products that have been washed or damaged by detergents or additives, or products damaged for lack of skill by the customer (too warm ironing, wrong facing of patches on jerseys). For technical reasons, the colour of products shown on website can be a little different from the real colour: this variance will not give any replacement or refund right.
No replacements or refunds are possible for special customized products (match jerseys or shorts with special personalization). Discounted products (outlet section, special promotions) are not refundable but replacements or a voucher of the same value for other purchases are granted.

REFUNDS AND REPLACEMENTS
Refund or replacement time is around 30 days, after checking the goods status. Some delays might be caused by postponed deliveries to EPI srl from the postal service. Credit card payment will be refunded by re-credit of the amount and refund time can depend on the credit card used.

REQUESTS AND COMPLAINTS
Time limit for forwarding requests and complaints:- 15 DAYS for complaints concerning goods which is faulty, damaged, lacking or not pursuant to the order.
- 3 MONTHS for requests concerning shipments or deliveries (not received packages, delivery problems).
- 6 MONTHS for requests concerning payment transactions or refunds.
